Job Description

6-month contract agile Project Manager role working with an enterprise organization working on a business transformation program

Project Manager contract role with an enterprise retail organization
Great team who has delivered consistently for the business
Hybrid work in Vancouver, 3 days in office

What & Why:
As a result of growth our global enterprise client is looking to add a contract Project Manager to their large program team transforming their retail practices, any experience with Anaplan would be considered a serious asset. You will be working with the wider team to effectively plan, manage and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline and budget. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.

They are well known for their corporate culture and has won major awards for their accomplishments. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver, working in a hybrid model 3 days a week.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5+ years in Technology.
3+ years of Project Management experience, retail experience preferred.
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. (SAFe is a bonus).
Demonstrated experience in managing $500k+ budgets.
Proven experience with enterprise systems (ERP) and application implementation.
Must Have: Demonstrated experience of technology tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Desired: Experience with cloud technologies AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Desired: Agile certifications (ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CDAP, PSM/PSPO, SAFe)
Desired: Working experience with Anaplan

Compensation:
this role pays between $85-95 per hour
