The CSE Reliability Strategy team is a primary contributor to reliability initiatives across TELUS. The scope of our work includes strategic and tactical projects designed to improve job quality, provide analytical insight into factors impacting reliability, and ensure excellence in the introduction of new products, services and processes.

As a Project Manager II you will plan, execute and deliver transformational projects in a rapidly changing environment. You will collaborate across business units, and with key stakeholders, to execute on initiatives with high complexity and/or business impact.

Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in the reliability of all TELUS home solutions, Optik TV, internet, home phone and SmartHome Security. In doing so you will help transform the cost to serve our customers, reduce customer effort and improve frontline team member experience.

    •Leveraging your project management skills, throughout the project lifecycle, you deliver desired outcomes with a focus on digitization, automation and improving frontline operations •You closely collaborate with business and technical teams to create deliverables including requirements, scope, change management strategy, testing and operational readiness •You deliver on the communication and change management strategy designed for each project •You build and deliver presentation material •You establish and manage stakeholder expectations •You promote innovation and create a passionate and focused environment open to new thoughts and ideas that impact our customers and operations (call centers and technicians) •You coach and direct project team members, effectively resolving conflicts


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Experience leading and delivering projects with a high degree of autonomy •Ability to develop strong partnerships with both internal and external business leaders to deliver on objectives and drive operational outcomes •Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment, solve problems, and motivate team members to take action •Effective presentation and delivery skills for audiences at various levels & settings •Minimum 1 years' experience managing projects and leading cross functional teams

Great to have
    •PMP designation •Experience with JIRA, ASANA or similar management tools •Operational experience •Agile project management experience
