Join the Collaborative Health Product team as we create a seamlessly integrated digital health ecosystem to optimize healthcare delivery and secure personal health information. You'll bring critical project management skills to the team and help to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You'll work alongside team members who are focused on ensuring efficient and successful project delivery. You will prioritize work across various projects to streamline business practices, while managing project dependencies and risks. Your ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, CE and Finance will build alignment on cross-business initiatives.

Here's how you can help
    •Lead, manage and prioritize concurrent projects and initiatives •Identify and involve key stakeholders in projects, and develop effective working relationships •Facilitate effective project meetings that involve multi-functional teams across business units •Identify appropriate project metrics and outcomes •Monitor performance and execute quality checks against project outcomes •Manage project dependencies and maintain project road maps to create alignment across teams •Produce high quality presentations with a clear story line •Prepare and communicate status reports •Proactively identify risks and resolve issues leveraging clear escalation paths •Maintain project documentation and communication artifacts •Contribute to a cooperative & positive team environment


You've got the following qualities
    •Recognized as a collaborative team player; a strong analytical thinker and creative problem solver •Known for clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication •Skilled in successful delivery of projects with high risk, complexity and business impact •Respected for your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •Skilled in building presentations for executive leaders •Known for an unwavering commitment to quality •Degree in business administration, health informatics, health services management or equivalent •Minimum 5 years project management experience •Understanding of the physician practice and clinical processes

    •PMP, CMC or equivalent certification
