Position Summary
Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a Project Coordinator Internal Operations Documentation to join our Capital Planning & Support Services department.

Reporting to the Clinical Lead, DCDH Replacement, the Project Coordinator, Internal Operations Documentation works to document, coordinate, track and follow up on project activities; maintains an understanding of the project schedule, deliverables and commitments specific to the IMIT, Operational Readiness, and Authority resourcing workstreams. The Project Coordinator ensures that all activities under their purview are completed, named, filed and located according to standard processes and documentation procedures. Functions as the point of contact to receive and convey information related to the IMIT, Operational Readiness, and Authority resourcing workstreams of the project. This role supports the Project Management Office team efforts by liaising with internal and external partners on ongoing activities. This includes communicating project processes, updates and reporting to multiple groups and providing documentation and direction to address questions or concerns. Coordinates and schedules appointments and meetings; prepares agendas, records meeting minutes.

Starting salary will be approximately from $58,494 to $73,117 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Diploma in Administrative Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
• Three (3) to five (5) years progressive administrative assistant experience,
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration internal and external team members.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and changing priorities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work with efficiency and timeliness.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Computer literate with proficient knowledge of various required software programs such as Outlook, Internet, Word and Excel.
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
