Position Highlights As a Project Analyst, you will be a member of our Project Management Office and will be responsible for supporting the smooth and successful delivery of projects by assisting project manager(s) with project planning, scheduling, reporting, and the production of project documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for project estimation, budget development, forecasting and analytics associated with tracking and reporting project performance.

You will thrive in an ever-changing environment and enjoy juggling multiple demands with critical deadlines. The ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams and your colleagues is essential to this position

Position Requirements To make an immediate contribution in the role, you will bring the following expertise:

- Knowledge of project management and risk management concepts and principles to assist with planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, issues and impacts; - Experience with project management software and applications including SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio and JIRA; - Ability to understand project plans in order to coordinate and participate in project activities; - Communication skills to confidently explain and present technical and financial information; - Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide valuable input for decision making; - Experience working with Disciplined Agile and Waterfall methodologies; - Prior experience working within a PMO will be considered advantageous.

The above experience will ideally be supported by a business related degree. Preference will also be given to those candidates who currently have, or are studying for, their PMP Certification
