The Migration Evaluator team within AWS Migration Services is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver. As a Program Manager on this team you will own enabling our internal AWS sales teams on the Migration Evaluator service. Your responsibilities will including building a process to ensure operational success within your portfolio of programs. You will gather requirements to understand our customers' needs, to define learning objectives and gain insight into how we can improve enablement strategy/resources. You will work with subject matter experts to verify content or even equip them to make training themselves. You will manage processes and report on key measures of success for your programs.

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in related occupations of Program Manager, Project Manager or relatedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Program/project management industry certification
• Training strategy or training program management experience
• Familiarity with AWS or data center management
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
