Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and review of design transfer activities while adhering to scope and timeline requirements by coordinating a variety of meetings, following up on timelines and deliverables, tracking action items, and managing databases.
Seek to collaboratively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively address operations business needs with creative solutions.
Facilitate information flow, roadblock identification and removal, risk identification, decision making, and status and delay reporting.
Prepare, distribute and maintain documentation according to company quality standards and best practices.
Contribute to the generation and reporting of performance metrics (KPIs) pertaining to the corresponding role.
Lead by example and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
One of the available positions will contribute to efficient product commercialization by analyzing and recommending product formats and raw materials to optimize cost during product development and commercialization of custom products.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in coordinating cross-functional projects, programs or teams. Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering or a similar discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
Proven organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cohesively with stakeholders across the organization.
Advanced knowledge of Google and MS Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
Project management training preferred.
Experience with database design and/or process mapping software, working in a higher compliance (cGMP) environment is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems or equivalencies is an asset.
Previous experience and interest in data analysis and cost calculation/optimization is preferred for one of these open positions.
