Location Coquitlam Campus Salary Range
$26.86 to $29.53 hourly. Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

WHAT IT TAKES
• A high school diploma plus a certificate in office administration training.
• A minimum of two years' experience working in a high volume, fast-paced educational environment servicing the general public. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural setting.
• Fluency in the English language and the ability to speak Farsi or Mandarin would be a strong asset.
• Understand and respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse group of clients, some who may be on income assistance, unemployed and/or recently immigrated.
Additional Information
• This temporary part-time (4 hours per week) position is available starting April 11, 2026
• Regular hours of work are Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Shift days and times may change depending on the operational needs
• The position is located at the Coquitlam campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations
