We are looking for someone who loves technology products to join our Connected Home Hardware team. From products like Optik TV, PikTV, Boost Wi-Fi and more, the Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch and retirement. As part of the Product Management team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds as you design and manage products that our customers love. We are looking for someone with the ability to drive execution and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development of world-class hardware. •Scheduling and managing employee product trials
•End-to-end management of trial group participants
•Managing, documenting, and tracking issues reported during trials
•Building surveys, analyzing and presenting data
•Evolving employee trial processes to support the future
•Work with Technology Strategy Teams to root cause, analyse and resolve product defects Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Knowledge in one or more of the industries of mobile, internet, home networking or TV services
•Strong knowledge of the home networking ecosystem, including LAN networking, WAN networking, Wi-Fi protocols and TV delivery services
•Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion
•Experience analyzing and preparing data sets
