We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager with the expertise and work ethic to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for CounterPath Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate is expected to drive product positioning, sales and marketing enablement, competitive analysis, and content development. A record of success in marketing B2B and B2C SaaS solutions, and delivering measurable results is key, as is working in a team environment and with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and plan for CounterPath offerings, including product updates and launches
  • Develop clear and concise product positioning and messaging for CounterPath offerings
  • Enable the sales organization to effectively understand and sell CounterPath offerings
  • Create and manage a compelling set of sales tools and collateral including data sheets, solution briefs, presentations, web content, videos, and other digital assets
  • Work closely with the sales teams to increase market presence and build pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with Product Management to help shape product roadmap and vision
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify product differentiators as well as potential gaps
  • Identify ideal customers to develop references, case studies, and champions
  • Evangelize the CounterPath story by delivering compelling presentations at live and virtual events

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in business, marketing or computer engineering
  • Must have a good mix of business acumen and technical understanding to distill the complicated into a simple story
  • 5+ years of marketing, project management and/or campaign management experience
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strategic and creative evaluation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and multi-task accordingly without supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Superb organization skills with high attention to detail
