The Video Services team is part of the Consumer Products, Services & Content (CPS&C) group. This Product Management team bridges the business and technical worlds as we design, build and enable capabilities that provide outstanding experiences for TELUS TV customers.
Our vision is to transform our TV platforms to compete in a video market that is increasingly dynamic across over-the-top (OTT) and paid TV operators. As Product Manager - Video Services, you will take a leading role by:
•Driving ongoing product support and development for our TELUS Satellite TV customer experience
•Driving an evolutionary program to identify, deliver, and optimize our customers' ability to self-manage TV upgrades and installations
You will develop and maintain the strategy, metrics, and delivery mechanisms to continually improve our customer experience, efficiency and cost optimization in these portfolios.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
•Define and deliver on changing the way customers support self-support at the same time as transforming our cost structure
•Utilize service design methodology to improve our customers' experience
•Develop and improve your product management skill-set through experience in supporting varied product lines

•Driving customer, internal team, and process validation initiatives and translating insights into user stories and improvement initiatives that deliver value to TELUS TV potential customers and order efficiency
•Developing strategic product roadmaps and solid business case justification for product/process enhancements based on research, data and industry trends, and make recommendations to senior executive audience
•Challenging the status quo by experimenting with new approaches, tools, techniques and designs to improve our business bottom-line
•Demonstrating tenacity, resilience and leadership that enables you to organize and lead initiatives, overcome challenges and create solutions
•Demonstrating self-awareness with the ability to give, take, and act on, feedback in a positive way Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Demonstrated ability to deliver customer value in an innovative and fast-paced environment
•Have an eye for compelling design and being able to advocate on behalf of what's best for the user experience
•Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with a large extended project team and influence those around you
•Experience in understanding and improving complex and multiple order systems but making it as simple for the customer as possible
•5-7 years of work experience in any combination of product management, systems development, process development, marketing or operational management Great-to-haves
•Product management experience
•Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Agile, Lean certifications or relevant experience
•Six Sigma process improvement experience
•Bachelor and/or Master degree in Commerce/Business, Science or Engineering Who is TELUS?
