The Home Solutions - Marketing team is looking for a Product Manager to support the growth and evolution of our Consumer SmartHome Security portfolio. TELUS SmartHome Security is a new and exciting strategic growth portfolio that leverages our best in class PureFibre & Mobile networks to offer customers monitored Home Security & Smart capabilities.

This role is in the New Capabilities team within the larger Home Solutions & Complementary Channels (HS+CC) organization and is responsible for the launch and marketing of new growth opportunities across our Consumer Wireline business.

HS+CC is the heart of Consumer Wireline Marketing in Alberta (AB) & British Columbia (BC) leading core and transformational marketing initiatives across the business to drive profitable growth, showcase our differentiated value to our customers, and win in the market vs our competitors.

We lead the extraordinary growth in our PureFibre network to enhance the lives of our customers by unlocking the power of our best internet networks to deliver innovative new products and services that generate positive growth outcomes for TELUS. We are laser-focused on keeping the customers we have and generating strong customer loyalty and we are a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic team with a laser focus on delivering results.

This is a dynamic role that fuses product marketing, forecasting and planning and offer and pricing strategy supplemented with data and economic analytics.

Working with key stakeholder you will be in the driver's seat connecting and collaborating with teams across our business including other Home Solutions & Complementary Channels - Marketing teams, Brand & Experience, Products & Services, Consumer Health, Broadband Networks, Channels and Customer Experience.

Here's how
    •Evolving our market and subscriber forecasting models to develop targets that support segmented and regional go-to-market (GTM) approaches •Developing realistic product strategy and tactics related to pricing, bundling and positioning •Evolving reporting and data to help evaluate the effectiveness of product performance in relation to sales and marketing objectives, financial and operational performance and the competitive environment •Collaborating with the Products & Services and our Systems Delivery team to bring new product or system capabilities to market


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •3-5 years of product marketing experience •Prior experience supporting the product marketing of TELUS products & services including some or all of the following: voice, data, mobility, and/or internet •Experience developing and market and subscriber forecasting models •Knowledge of financial concepts including revenue, costs, profitability and business casing •Able to tell a story with data and numbers •Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage stakeholders to work effectively within teams to support projects & initiatives •Superior communication and interpersonal skills •Able to work in fast-paced and self-directed environments and adapt effectively to ambiguity and change •3-5 years of product marketing experience in telecommunications industry •University/post-secondary degree in Business or Marketing

    •Alberta (AB) or British Columbia (BC); Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, Vancouver, BC preferred •Other location will be considered on a case by case basis
