The Products and Services team uses technology to enhance health experiences for Canadians.

You'll identify and size new opportunities to enhance "moments of truth" along the customer experience journey - providing processes and program improvements that will help us attract and retain customers. As a key contributor to the Consumer Health roadmap strategy mainly on Seniors' Health and Safety, you will bring exciting new product and service capabilities to life.

You'll work in a highly collaborative environment which ensures you have strong support from senior team members. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your technical skills, business acumen and leadership potential as you work with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.

Here's how
    •Identify, develop, implement, and optimize product roadmap and lifecycle strategies for TELUS that exceed customer expectations, while meeting profitability targets
    •Collect, analyze and translate disparate data into clear findings and useable insights
    •Facilitate key operational improvement initiatives to automate processes, influencing strategic transformational change and enhance the customer experience
    •Assess potential system enhancements by obtaining feedback from various stakeholders and put together robust business requirements identifying required changes, desired outcomes and potential benefits
    •Manage project or work stream tasks, deliverables and schedule related to product lifecycle of existing products
    •Respond to production and service delivery issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner
    •Cultivate strong relationships with external partners to identify program, opportunities which strategically align for TELUS Consumer Health


Qualifications:

    •Strategic mindset, with a structured approach to analysis and the ability to articulate business rationale to support recommendations and negotiations.
    •With a knack for balancing multiple projects and programs, you know how to prioritize and organize so nothing falls through the cracks
    •Recognized for your focus on relationship building and bringing teams together to collaborate and focus on the big picture
    •Loves to solve ambiguous problems, and is able to think quickly, and creatively, on your feet.
    •Self-starter with proven ability to roll up their sleeves, and take complete ownership of a project.

Great-to-haves
    •Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering
    •2-5 years of equivalent experience in product, service or program management
