Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Product Lead for the Home Solutions eCommerce Team, you will help define best in class experiences for our customers and create digital products that make up the eCommerce experiences for Internet, TV, Home Phone, Home Security Services, Online Security and/or Consumer Health products that help simplify the lives of our customers. You will work closely with all our teams that consist of Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Testers, Scrum Master and Business Analyst(s).

You will have a key role in shaping the long-term strategy and consulting on key decisions while working closely with our CX Lead and Tech Lead. Although you won't have direct reports, there is a leadership aspect to this role where you will help guide, mentor, and develop the product team & discipline. You will serve as a peer to design leaders and technology leaders by evolving our digital products, experiences and processes. In addition to that, you will also manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories and define the product roadmap and vision for a specific digital product. You will drive customer value and help reduce customer effort. You'll regularly refine and adjust your backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority while taking into account all the considerations.

Here's how
    •Define and communicate a vision, strategy, and roadmap(s) that solves customer pain points, creates best in class customer experiences and creates long lasting value for our customers and our business •Collaborate with other product owners and product managers using your strategic lens that considers the long term vision of our eCommerce product strategy •Collaborate with agile teams to build and manage new features and capabilities, while delivering desired business impact •Use a data driven approach to assess business value and customer value, and prioritize user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value while ensuring alignment with product strategy •Ensure a customer first design approach is intact, addressing customer pain points & leveraging usability test results •Collaborate with our partners throughout the business to align roadmaps & priorities •Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories •Ensure proper acceptance criteria are in place for user stories, in collaboration with the team •Work closely with the leadership team to create and develope a product backlog according to business value and customer value •Report and present the outcomes and demonstrate the benefits of the work your team has done •Closely partner with the Tech Lead, Architect and CX Lead to ensure a sound technical architecture is in place and CX principles are incorporated


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Experienced Product Owner with, at minimum, 5 years of product management/ownership of customer facing products/applications •Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic and have a passion for all things product •Solid knowledge of software development cycle, Agile methodologies and project management •Highly-organized and flexible enough to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change •Demonstrated track record of product leadership and implementing best in class product development and management strategies •Strong leadership skills and strong influencing skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, partners and team members •Communicate effectively and concisely (verbal, written and presentation) using a storytelling approach for complex concepts, explaining tradeoffs and selling the vision thereby influencing the outcomes •A visionary that sets the direction of the product by being proactive, always looking ahead and anticipating •Ability to inter-operate between a technical product team and business strategists •Experience closely collaborating with development teams and design teams

Great-to-haves
    •Strong track record of being able to develop relationships with a multitude of stakeholders/peers •5 years of marketing, project management, and/or digital experience •Working knowledge of e-commerce and related applications •Comfortable working in a dynamic, and ambiguous environment with the ability to prioritize work and create clarity •A relevant certification or designation, such as CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP, PSPO, PMI-ACP or Pragmatic Certifications
