We're hiring a Product Information System Administrator to join our eCommerce team. In this position, you'll be the technical subject matter expert for our Product Information Management (PIM) system. You'll take the lead on system support, maintenance, and data flow. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in various departments to ensure the system is optimized in a strategic way for a variety of projects. Plus, you'll get plenty of opportunities to flex your technical skills, including coding, testing, and debugging. You'll design new capabilities, assist in the development and execution of test cases, and provide technical leadership to the rest of our eCommerce department.

As a Product Information Management Systems Administrator, you will:
    • Configure PIM functionalities to enhance the performance of business processes including, but not limited to, modifying/adding attributes, JavaScript business rules, workflows, & integration endpoints. • Manage user roles, modifying access/permissions. • Monitor and support data integrations with internal and external systems, and when necessary, perform manual data loads, extractions, and migrations • Work with the development team to deliver functionality to the business involving the PIM system. • Adhere to the Scrum framework to ensure frequent releases of usable functionality. • Analyze and evaluate project requirements, business needs, and processes along with existing (as-is) and future (to-be) systems to define application service needs. • Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation. • Be the subject matter expert for all projects relating to PIM. • Monitor and manage tickets logged for the PIM system in Service Now. • Understand all integrated systems for data flows, inputs, exports, source and target systems, and workflows. • Act as the main user support for questions, communication on systems issues, outages, or updates. • Liaise with offshore team or third parties as needed to resolve outstanding issues/tickets.

The experience we need...
    • 1+ years of eCommerce technology experience • 1+ years of experience in data mining, analysis, and process flow design, including experience with data mapping and data validation • 1+ years of experience with PIM systems and processes, as well as XML, and JavaScript • Basic knowledge of data integrations, APIs, middleware, and messaging technologies • Basic Linux administration experience

Bonus points...
    • 1+ years of experience with PL/SQL • Background in retail and customer experience • Advanced Excel expertise • Computer Science or related degree • Experience working in an Agile environment
