Your new role
As the Power & Recovery Supervisor, you will work a 4 on, 4 off schedule (2 days, 2 night) with 12 hour shifts.
You will be leading a shift crew of 8-9 engineers while providing coaching and support. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while ensuring high standards are met throughout the mill. You will be responsible for supervision and safe operation of power/package boilers, turbo-generators and chemical recovery boilers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible, you must have a 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate coupled with heavy industrial experience. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and maintain a strong working culture. Previous pulp and paper experience working with Kraft Pulp Machines is ideal.
