Working remotely from your home office, you will be part of a specialized team on the cutting edge of patient care while working collaboratively with health care professionals, you will provide a memorable patient experience. As a Care Manager, you are responsible for facilitating the patient experience through empathy.

Here's how
    •Greet patients attending the virtual clinic by video •Follow clinic appointment booking protocols •Ensure patient records are kept up-to-date and accurate •Communicate with and support on-shift practitioners •Complete or update all practitioner-assigned tasks during your shift •Review overdue tasks and updates or completes when possible •Answer incoming phone calls and respond to clinic voicemails as required •Follow clinic processes and procedures •Sending lab requisitions •Follow results follow-up process •Respond to clinic emails •Send Family Doctor Faxes as required •Escalate Record Requests as required •Accurately file incoming faxes as required •Take initiative to look through finished appointments to ensure nothing is missed •Attend team and company meetings as required


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
    •Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written •High comfort level with IT systems (iOS and Android mobile interfaces, as well as Windows and Mac OS) •Previous experience working with an Electronic Medical Record system or similar •Formal MOA or Medical Secretary training or 3 years' work experience in a medical clinic in an MOA or Medical Secretary role •Typing speed of 65+ wpm •Ability to time manage •Self-Motivated •Ability to communicate professionally in writing •Attention to detail •Accurate data entry abilities
