Position Highlights Our Personal Computing Platforms team is looking for a Technical Specialist with a focus on personal computer hardware and software.

Your responsibilities will involve delivering secure and highly usable personal computing hardware and software to our customers: • Lead, design and implement client hardware projects and solutions such as upgrading workstations, printers, scanners, and digital recorders. • Lead, design and implement client software project and solutions such as upgrading Microsoft Office, AdminStudio, and software packaging. • Forecasting and creating roadmaps. • Technical consulting and liaising with other business units. • Automating processes for efficiency and compliance. • Researching and evaluating new technologies to improve efficiencies and meet our customers' needs.

Position Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experience managing Windows in an enterprise environment with SCCM and Group Policy. • Hands-on experience with managing personal computing hardware and software in an enterprise environment, including HP printers. • Excellent critical thinking for problem resolution and process improvements. • A strong background in requirement gathering, planning, delivery of solutions. • Self-starter with results orientation and the ability to make critical decisions. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Strong attention to details.

• Experience with OSX, BES, OSD, and Microsoft licensing will be an asset.
