Our team is growing! The People Support/Administrator position will play a key role in helping us scale our operations across Canada and support post-acquisition integration activities. In this role you will deliver single point of contact and consultation services to MyCare team members and play a role in initiatives that help improve the team member experience. We're just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers and we're looking for people that radiate this passion.

Here's how
    •Support team member onboarding experience end to end, including contract drafting and administration, benefits enrolment, payroll management and equipment coordination for new employees
    •Maintaining and updating employee database with required information
    •Support post-acquisition integration and transition activities
    •Develop rapport and strong collaborative working relationships with various levels of the organization
    •Trusted team member; ensure privacy and confidentiality is maintained related to sensitive information and client records


Qualifications:

    •Knowledge of people and business policies, processes and procedures
    •Autonomous and capable of effectively working independently as well as within a team, with excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    •Superior interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, who fosters positive relationships, establishes rapport and shows empathy and respect
    •Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
    •A genuine interest in healthcare and the desire to help us achieve our mission
