In this key role, you will be responsible for performing random audits of all timekeeping processes to ensure that the required controls are followed as per established procedures, as well as:
•Ensuring appropriate controls are in place by investigating and identifying discrepancies •Reviewing documents such as time sheets, mileage forms and other related payroll reports to ensure that the appropriate payments are authorized and paid •Responsible for developing payroll timekeeping training materials and/or training curriculum for FH Timekeepers and Managers
As the successful candidate you have:
•Financial management certificate or related financial courses, plus Payroll Manager Certification (PMCP) or enrolment at the third level •Five (5) years' recent related experience in various payroll/financial functions, including experience performing audit reviews and training, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
