We’re looking for a talented problem solver to lead paid user acquisition for mobile, across channels including Facebook, Adwords and Apple Search Ads. You’ll be managing our $1m/year budget, and be expected to make the case to increase it. We’re a small team, so you’ll be expected to work across the stack and organization to deliver results.


Your objective

Build and grow the world’s most scalable and efficient paid marketing engine (for this market), based on experimentation, engineering, analytics, data science, and unconventional/aggressive strategies and tactics

Ultimately success in this role means you’ll have contributed significantly to business growth by scaling our mobile paid marketing campaigns to ever increasing heights



  • Take complete ownership of all aspects of paid marketing (creatives, targeting, optimization, reporting, predictive analytics, product customization, ab testing, data science, etc)
  • Manage all mobile paid campaigns across Facebook, Adwords, Apple Search ads etc.
  • Lead efforts of the internal marketing team (1 data scientist, 1 growth engineer)
  • Leverage contractors and consultants to deliver when we’re missing skills in house
  • Drive improvements and expansion of your budget, team, tools, analytics, product and more by presenting compelling business cases

  • Experience running paid campaigns and reporting and optimizing based on customer acquisition cost and life time value
  • You can wrangle and analyze numbers in spreadsheets with the best of them
  • Ability to write SQL, views and CTEs are your friend
  • Understanding of statistical significance and ability to use it effectively



  • Experience running Facebook mobile app install campaigns
  • Experience running paid campaigns for SaaS for SMBs
