Our Office Coordinator is the face of our company and an important part of our team! We are looking for a strong multi-tasker who is energetic and extremely proactive.You must be amotivated self-starter who can work independently. This role is ideal for someone who has strong administration skills and likes to be challenged.
Assisting our HR teams is the core of this job, however this position will sit at our relatively low volume reception and assist with general administrative needs for the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and welcome guests at the front desk.
Coordinate catering for meetings and office events including prep and clean-up.
Organization and participationin internal and external company events as required
Scheduling candidate interviewsconducted viaphone, in-person, video (Polycom and Hangouts)
Own the candidate experience by greeting, escorting and orchestrating all candidate interviews
Maintain the Reception area and Boardrooms with tidiness and ordering office supplies as needed.
Maintain positive business relationships with office vendors.
Education, Skills and Experience:
2 years office administration or coordination experience, preferred
Proficiency in allGoogle Office Suite products
Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system or recruiting databases is preferred.
Meticulous calendar management, organization and followthrough
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and tools
Exhibits grace while under pressure and amidst frequent disruptions
