You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can easily transition from creating business cases to translating numbers into compelling insights for a leadership audience. You are an excellent communicator and presenter. You are motivated by solving business problems and making smart recommendations, but are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be part of building the solution to make sure things get rolled out effectively.

Here's how
    •Design pricing offers to attract new, high value customers that maximize lifetime value and margin •Leverage customer insights and customer base analysis to lead a 'data-driven' approach to opportunity identification •Maintain financial models to evaluate the quality and value of products acquired by offer, channel, and segment •Be the conduit between marketing and business technology teams by owning the codes and approving/executing on any required changes in the system •Form relationships with cross functional team members and leadership teams to develop and maintain a collaborative and consolidated pricing roadmap •Work cross-functionally to define and execute pricing changes with key business stakeholders across different marketing, channel and sales teams


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle...
    •Minimum of 5 years' of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, pricing or product management, or a strategic planning role, preferably in the telecommunications industry •Sought out for your strong quantitative analytics and problem solving skills including business case and financial assessment •Valued for your articulate communication style and comfort presenting to senior leaders •Talented at coordinating multiple initiatives in the portfolio and working within an environment of rapid change •Confident in providing frameworks for others that give meaningful insights •Passionate about continuous improvement and challenging the status quo •Recognized as a strong, collaborative team member •Bachelor degree in Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business/marketing emphasis •Known for expertise with analytic tools like Microsoft (MS) Excel or Tableau and presentation tools like MS PowerPoint or Google Slides

Great-to-haves
    •Master of Business Adminstration (MBA) degree is considered an asset •Background in Consumer Wireline products (IPTV, high speed internet, home phone) and service
