In this role, you'll develop and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns to keep our customers and help them live healthier and happier lives. Here's how
You'll play a key role in reducing churn by driving product intensity, upsell and contract renewals.
You'll collaborate with various teams (Product, Marketing Communications, Market Intelligence, Client Experience, Digital, Reporting) to identify and develop activities to deliver value-based messages that matter to customers.
•Evolve the proactive retention program and bring forward ideas to reduce churn
•Support the strategic development, planning and tactical execution of various go-to-market activities
•Act as a single point of contact for all LivingWell Companion base management activities
•Focus on opportunities that deliver on a personalized customer experience and drive revenue growth, improve customer lifetime value, customer satisfaction and brand affinity
•Share updates and recommendations to the leadership team to assist with decision making and future planning activities
•Understand and monitor targets and KPIs, and adjust plans as required to meet or exceed them Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
