We are looking for a talent acquisition professional who is up for the challenge of supporting our North American Marketing and Corporate teams with their open requisitions.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will partner with hiring managers to build and execute sourcing strategies to activate high quality diverse candidate pools, and then ensure you drive a consistent selection process in accordance to the global recruiting operations framework to help deliver hires to the business in an efficient manner.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for activating candidate pools and networking with with recruitment agencies, special interest groups and college and university campuses to build pipelines of talent for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERIES:
Partner directly with hiring managers, People Partners, Finance, Legal, and all other stakeholders to determine role requirements and budget allocations in order to execute recruiting deliverables.
Initiate comprehensive intake meetings to fully understand the role requirements and core competencies, how those fit with business objectives, and build a comprehensive job description, job posting, and interview kits to support the selection process.
Build candidate pools via initiatives tied to sourcing, employer brand, referrals, agency partners, industry contracts, and any other channels suitable for driving high quality and diverse candidates.
Effectively manage the inbound flow of internal and external candidate applications including referrals in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
Evaluate candidates based on values and competency framework, and run a comprehensive end-to-end selection process including a facilitated debrief and support the hiring manager with the decision making process.
Ensure high quality candidate and customer (internal stakeholder) experience by providing transparency and progress updates on a regular cadence.
Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent
Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics in accordance to the guidelines established by our Senior Analyst, People Operations.
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and company values across all regional locations as per SOC2 and other internal/external requirements.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of Marketing and/or Corporate recruiting experience.
In-house recruiting experience.
Able and comfortable with the pressure to deliver consistent hiring results month over month to keep us on track with our growth trajectory and hiring targets.
Willingness and ability to keep to the recruiting process, and take accountability for holding others responsible to our consistent selection process.
Strong communication capabilities, with aptitude to push back when needed, and show strong business acumen and understanding of a global SaaS based business .
Resourceful in the face of ambiguity and thoughtful problem solver who is able to solve complex people related matters or escalate as needed.
Ability to work quickly, while maintaining the highest quality of work with a meticulous attention to detail.
Well-organized and able to prioritize a high-volume workload with conflicting deadlines.
Excellent collaborator with other departments including Finance, Sales Operations, HR Analytics, and HR Operations, as well as external partners.
Willingness to learn, grow and develop and share experiences and learnings across the team in order to help others growth and development.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related
Experience recruiting into global markets
Experience working in the high-tech sector/a hyper-growth environment
Comfort with constant iteration and constant change
Working knowledge of Google product suite, Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Phenom People candidate systems, and/or Workday information system
