We are looking for a dynamic marketer to join the Home Solutions Marketing Go To Market Acquisition team to drive new customer acquisition strategy and channel execution for Optik TV. This exciting role is an opportunity to stretch your wings as a marketer with a broad scope of responsibility across 1:1, channel engagement and digital marketing. As the team subject matter expert on the Optik product line, you will get deep inside channel and campaign performance to put forward strategic and tactical recommendations.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

A successful candidate in this role will be creating best in class go-to-market (GTM) strategies that allow for continual improvement, transparency and collaboration across channels. You'll play a key role in launching new and innovative campaigns and initiatives in the Optik portfolio. Together with the team Senior Market Manager for TV, you'll drive cross functional stakeholder engagement in order to build, improve, and execute programs to deliver on our strategic business priorities.

Here's how
    •Support the strategic development, planning and tactical execution of integrated go-to-market activity to reach Optik gross loading targets •Serve as a single point of contact for channel partners on all things Optik, fostering highly collaborative working relationships to drive results •Drive cross sell 1:1 planning and execution targeting the right HSIA customers •Collaborate closely with GTM team members to create and execute plans that support product balance and solution selling within the TV portfolio •Test new creative, messaging, content, and targeting to drive performance improvement •Analyze and report on campaign and channel performance •Provide strategic overviews, updates and recommendations to the leadership team for visibility into programs and decision making for future planning •Uphold the brand and act as a product ambassador

    •A natural leader, known for your ability to bring groups together to achieve a common goal •Experience developing marketing and campaign strategy •A real eye for identifying opportunities when working on direct response, social and digital activities •Recognized for your project management, execution skills and persistence in the face of resistance •Known for creating positive environments, encourage transparency and collaboration, and using your high emotional intelligence to foster creativity

Great-to-have
    •3 - 5 + years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions •A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications
