Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes and manages the Master Data Program for the maintenance and integrity of the organization's master data
  • Establishes and documents data governance policies, processes, and guidelines, working together with business teams to nurture a culture of accountability for complete and accurate data
  • Works with leaders of functional teams across the organization to improve the design and flow of data across teams
  • Leads, manages, coaches, develops and evaluates direct reports

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience. Master's degree, Change Management Certification, or PMP are assets
  • 5+ years of Data Management experience at the enterprise level, working with the SAP S/4HANA system or similar, Experience with PIM or PXM systems considered an asset
  • 3+ years of direct people management and leading delivery through others
