We're a customer-driven and product-minded team within the Business Network & Systems team at TELUS, responsible for our company's value chain evolution. We simplify systems and automate processes so that Sales and Operations teams can focus on what matters most, our Customers.

The Business Systems Delivery team is a passionate group of Senior Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts and Change Management experts who work closely with partners across the organization to design, build, and implement meaningful system enhancements that drive value for the organization.

The mission of the team is to make life easier for our customers and our team members. We build and enhance the SaaS platforms that support our value chains and customer journeys - from Leads to Opportunities, from Contracts to Orders, from Fulfillment to Billing, all the way to Day 2 support. These systems are used every day by thousands of TELUS team members nationally, across multiple functions.

Join our team

We are looking for a passionate, experienced leader to join our Business Systems Delivery Team as Manager, Information Services. In this role you will support a team of experienced Senior Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts to lead the successful delivery and adoption of our B2B platforms enhancements, transforming how our teams operate today.

    •Build the trust and confidence in our platforms to enable a large scale change in how our business operates •Drive a culture of change and continuous improvement both within the team and across the organization •Ensure our team is delivering on time, within budget and helping to ensure that the business benefits of the system changes are realized •Cultivate a culture of business ownership and engagement

    •University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education •PMP certification •Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certification •Bilingual (English/French)
