In this role you'll have an amazing opportunity to lead our western TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) Sales Team who support account acquisition, development and support.

You'll leverage your leadership history and selling success to develop EPP account acquisition and growth best practices. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets is key to the role's success. You will also have the opportunity to build the sales strategy within one of the fastest growing segments in our business, the TELUS Exclusive Partner Program. You will have the opportunity to partner and collaborate with key TELUS team members across multiple lines of business including Sales, Marketing, Product and Client Experience to build on TELUS EPP opportunities. You'll leverage your sales history to develop new selling techniques and opportunities as well as generate awareness within your team's customer base using creatively, innovation, and sales best practices.

    •Envision, devise and implement a market-leading sales strategy which fully supports growth, and achievement of the business' KPIs
    •Act as a strong ambassador for the TELUS organization and uphold the values and behaviors of a senior leader in the business and throughout the extended community
    •Effectively deliver dynamic presentations to groups of decision makers
    •Qualify and prioritize leads; identify key decision makers, develop tailored strategies based on a knowledge of the dynamics within each prospect organization

Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •2 years of leading a Sales Strategy and/or Team
    •Digital Sales proficiency
    •Ability to develop strong relationships
    •Exude a winning attitude, tenacious commitment to team goals and to winning through collaboration

Great-to-haves
    •Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
