You understand the legal industry inside and out as well as how a salesforce.com solution could drive their business. You are able to dig deeply into client requirements and are a solution design dynamo.

Skills

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
  • Minimum 8-12 years of application development and support, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Salesforce certification is a must - Salesforce.com developer/advanced developer/consultant certification
  • Ability to communicate well and lead the team
  • Good understanding of building Salesforce Lightning UI
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions and sharing)
  • Must have exposure to all aspects of SDLC and deployment best practices

What you will be doing:
  • Developing legal specific solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform
  • Driving approaches and best practices for legacy legal system migration
  • Change management messaging and approach in Legal environments
  • Direct customer engagement to gather legal specific business needs and translate those into technical solutions
  • Team management for delivery of technical solution
  • Practice Building - Drive overall growth of Legal Cloud practice through a combination of oversight of delivery work, as well as thought leadership both on the technology stack and business process.
  • Engagement Management - defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client: effective stakeholder management
  • Provides oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce.com Legal Cloud projects
  • Maintains awareness of industry best practices and business levers for Legal Cloud offerings
