The successful candidate will help us to ensure that our customers are set up for success using our online reservation platform. Become a product expert and ambassador for Checkfront, focusing on 100% customer satisfaction
Onboard new customers to ensure that they are prepared to go live and achieve long term success with our online booking application
Plan and execute working solutions to configure back-end structure of accounts, based on thorough scoping of customers’ business requirements
Deliver high-quality live training sessions in one-on-one or group settings, via webinar or in person
Provide technical support and project management throughout the project launch period
Support our Sales team with requirements scoping / discovery calls
Collaborate with Account Managers and/or the Support team to prepare for seamless account handoff during and after launch
Track and analyze trends from customer questions, comments, concerns - prepare feedback for Customer Success Manager on trends
Create and maintain process documentation / templates
Other related duties as assigned by Customer Success Manager
Diploma or certificate in business or computer technology, or equivalent experience
1-3 years working in a technical support or similar role
Excellent organization and time management skills
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Positive customer-oriented attitude
Passion for learning and understanding technology
Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
Experience using SaaS tools including, but not limited to: Zendesk, JIRA, Google Apps
Proficiency in WordPress, Joomla, and other CMS integrations such as Squarespace, Wix, etc.
Exposure to payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.net, etc) an asset
Understanding of HTML, CSS and exposure to programming languages
Fluency in other languages
