We are currently seeking a Knowledge Manager - Service Delivery.
to join our team in VANCOUVER, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). Job Function - Day to Day
Manage and coordinate all of the day-to-day Knowledge Management process activities.
Define knowledge categories
Review submitted knowledge articles to validate the content is accurate and that the quality standards are respected
Obtain appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) validation, where needed
Identify new content and/or solutions needed to support the end users' needs
Encourage people to contribute knowledge articles
Create and maintain knowledge templates
Pin important knowledge articles to appear at the top of search results
Gather and report on process metrics
Drive the efficiency of Configuration Management, including developing and maintaining relevant processes and procedures Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of experience across various ITIL Process/discipline with the IT Industry.
Minimum 5 + years of experience in Knowledge Management Process.
Degree: Bachelors in any stream or equivalent work experience
Certification : Mandatory ITIL V3 Foundation, good to have ITIL 4 Edition Foundation About NTT DATA Services
