Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

Kinesiologist play a key role in our team environment; primarily they focus on fitness testing and feedback sessions as part of the Client Health Assessments. The Kinesiologist will provide exemplary care and service to our clients in accordance with practice standards. The Kinesiologist will liaise with other clinic staff, physicians, and administrators to ensure safe and effective delivery of our services.

Here's how
    •Perform physical assessments and fitness testing (VO2 max, FMS, flexibility, etc.)Conduct ECG and stress tests including blood pressure monitoring
    •Perform vision, hearing, spirometry, audio and other testing as required
    •Thoroughly explain procedures to patients and answer testing related questions
    •Ensuring maintenance and availability of equipment as required by norms and regulations
    •Administrative tasks as required


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics or Kinesiology or equivalent
    •Registered with BACK
    •Current CPR Certificate
    •Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
    •Ability to prioritize and make decisions affecting patient care
    •Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, while delivering highest level of patient care
    •Experience and interest in preventative health and education with desire for growth
    •Demonstrates effective organizational, multitasking and problem solving abilities
    •Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
