IT Support Specialist Tier 1 / Tier 2, Victoria Office - Full Time Position

We are located in a newly renovated office that is near to many amenities
The ideal candidate enjoys a challenge, is eager to learn, passionate about technology, and has at least 5 years hands-on experience providing excellent customer service in an IT Support role.
You will work with a team under the supervision of an Account Manager to provide a full range of service desk functions including answering incoming technical support requests by email, telephone, or via assigned tickets.
With our flexible hours and on call schedule, there are opportunities to work in the evenings and on weekends.
