Our client is a national law firm located in the Heart of Downtown Vancouver. They are looking to add a tech-savvy, customer-service oriented IT Support Specialist/Help Desk to their fantastic team! This is a great opportunity for those who've experience in a technical support role in either a law firm or other customer support services.
As their IT Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance to various members within the firm either via Service Desk, email, in-person and/or remote desktop assistance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting computer hardware, installations, network systems, assist with new user set ups, escalating problems, and identifying opportunities for improvement in their support systems.
