Digitally Hip is a small outsourced computer support company that has been serving clients in the Lower Mainland for nearly 20 years. We are looking for a Technical Support Expert who enjoys building long term relationships with clients while helping them solve their technical issues and plan for the future. Our Technical Support Experts work semi-independently, scheduling their client visits and work week, but having the backup of Digitally Hip knowledge and infrastructure, as well as encouragement to develop new ideas. Within Digitally Hip, we set a premium on cooperating to ensure a high standard of customer service, while cultivating an enjoyable work environment that makes our customers welcome us into their offices.
This job requires good written and spoken English, a valid BC Driver’s Licence, a car, technical certification in a recognized information technology program, and thorough knowledge of business technologies, including Routers, LANs, VPNs, AD and Exchange.
Salary is competitve and commensurate with experience and education.
