Are you an IT professional with account relationship management experience? Use your technical and business experience to provide leadership to market IT products and services to our customers across our organization. You’ll define, propose, and influence the strategy setting and development of technical solutions for business areas. You’ll manage the complete solution life cycle from early-stage definition and estimation to the delivery of the complete solution.


What you’ll do

As the manager of Relationship Management you will:

  • Lead customer account management and be the single point of overall accountability for customer satisfaction with IT products and services
  • Conclude agreements with customers and commit IT resources
  • Champion a corporate focus, promoting cross-divisional and inter-enterprise opportunities for reusing and sharing services and solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams of technical resources and business clients
  • Work with vendors and service providers to obtain required products and services
  • Establish successful customer partnerships and collaborative relationships with IT management


Is this a good fit for you?

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Provide professional assistance to customers in identifying projects and preparing business cases to enable approval, and planning projects to meet appropriate business criteria
  • Comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies and relate them to evolving business requirements
  • Develop requests for proposals and statements of work, and assess vendor products and services against specified requirements to make selection recommendations
  • Work with budgeting and financial processes
  • Build group commitment to achieve goals and targets through encouragement, support, and recognition
  • Influence and persuade others, and negotiate and mediate in an effort to achieve desired outcomes


Your experience and educational background:

  • A university degree in a relevant discipline such as business management, computer science, or engineering
  • A minimum of five years of technical or business experience that includes at least two years of account relationship management experience
  • Specialist knowledge of systems analysis and design, program development, and database design concepts
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and the system development life cycle
  • Experience with structured problem solving techniques, development of strategy, and formulation of implantation plans
  • Experience crafting and delivering presentations to senior executives


An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
