Mindfield is seeking a highly motivated and customer driven individual to provide technical support to internal customers in a timely manner. This is an entry-level tech support position that is perfect for a recent graduate.
 
What Makes you a Great Candidate?
 
  • Bachelors degree or diploma from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related experience.
  • 2 years experience providing technology support in a corporate environment.
  • Exposure to Salesforce/CRM/Data Management systems in an administrative or configuration capacity is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software on both Windows and MAC platforms
