Job Summary

Champion our transformation to a new network architectural design and support model

The Team Lead, Data Network Coordination plans, organizes and leads the Data Network team in implementing additions and changes to the data network. Reporting to the Order Manager - Data Network Order Management, the position represents the team in all aspects of data network order coordination, including process design, documentation and order issue resolution. This position will represent and champion the group's evolution throughout a significant transformation to a new government network architectural design and support model.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
  • Experience working at a senior level in a large network environment and in implementing and/or supporting a large integrated application.
  • Experience conducting technical trouble shooting and developing technology resolution plans and strategies.
  • Experience leading teams in a client service environment.
  • Experience in support process analysis, modelling, design, and implementation.
