This position will be part of the SaaS Adoption Team as an Agile team member. As part of the SaaS Adoption team, the position is responsible for all the major components of SaaS software agreements and day-to-day operations including supporting procurement, subscription tracking, compliance reviews for privacy, security, legal, contract management, vendor relationship management, financial management, user role management, and account support for SaaS entreprise and corporate agreements.

Software licensing models for cloud-based subscriptions are managed under this position. As new technologies evolve, this position stays up to date on trends in SaaS, cloud solutions, and licensing models.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:


Education and Experience:
  • Education in Computer Science or related discipline, including:
    • Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 1 years *related experience; or
    • Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 2 years *related experience; or
    • Certification from a recognized institution in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 3 years *related experience; or
    • A combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.


Related Experience:
  • Cloud-based software subscription management related experience includes tracking & monitoring enterprise licencing arrangements for large organizations.
  • Experience providing expertise, guidance, and assistance concerning enterprise license agreements, which may include providing direction, issue management, and implications to staff/professionals.
  • Experience working with financial systems, such as ORACLE financials and creating financial reports and updating dashboards.
  • Five years of experience building and maintaining positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross organizational business units.
  • Experience with IT contracts and experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
  • Experience working with various software vendors and vendor licensing models.


Preference may be given to candidates with the following experience:
  • Experience working in an agile development environment with User Experience (UX) teams, designers, and developers to iteratively create or improve digital products and services from conception to production.
  • Experience working with Agile Planning Tools.
  • Experience planning, managing, and evaluating financial compliance reviews.
  • Technology asset management.
