In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Applicants selected to move forward in the hiring process may be assessed on the Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies as outlined in the attached Job Profile located in the Additional Information section at the bottom of the posting.
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science or a related field. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience troubleshooting, testing, implementing software and hardware solutions. Preference may be given to applicants with 3 or more years' experience.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in working with clients in providing troubleshooting and assistance, as well as collecting business or technical requirements.
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite (e.g. Skype for Business, Teams (including Microsoft Teams Room Service)) and Voice Services (e.g. Unified Communications, traditional telephony ). Preference may be given to applicants with 1 or more years working experience.
