Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Network and Internet Systems Specialist orsimilar discipline (plus 1year relatedexperience*); OR
  • Diploma program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Network and Internet Systems Specialist or similar discipline (plus 2 years' related experience*);

Related Experience* is defined as:
  • Experience providing a diverse range of technical client service including technical analysis, technology support, troubleshooting, and other systems-related service.
  • Experience providing customer or client focused service, support or assistance in an information technology or systems capacity (e.g., Customer Service Centre, Systems Administrator, Database Coordinator, etc.).
  • Experience participating in installation, enhancement, upgrade or replacement projects.
  • Experience administering technical security and systems access requirements.

Preference may be given to applicants that have:
  • iStore experience.
  • Sharepoint experience.
  • MYSC or Service Now experience.
