Contribute your valued expertiseThe purpose of this position is to monitor the security infrastructure of government's shared network, identify and triage events that need action and handoff to appropriate parties. Process service orders for clients including requests for changes to access controls, provisioning of services (e.g. firewalls, 3PGs, digital certificates, etc.)

Job Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:- Degree, diploma, certification in computer science,data networking or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field may be considered.
- 2 years' experience working at an analyst level in a network or security environment with security administrative privileges.
- Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following experiences:
- System administration and scripting experience.
- UNIX platform administration and scripting.
- SIEM technologies (Hadoop, Splunk, ELK, SOAR)
- IT Network or Security Vendor Certifications
Proviso:
- May be required to perform duties after hours and/or on weekends on occasion. This role may require the occasional shift work
