Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Certificate or higher in computer science field, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 6 months experience providing IT troubleshooting support and helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365 range of applications.
  • Experience responding to enquiries from users, by phone, e-mail, and/or in-person.
  • Experience as a help desk technician.
  • Experience providing remote support.
