Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer: Harvey 1901

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. This position will involve working on projects ranging from small residential applications to large scale developments primarily in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Experience in a broad range of geotechnical applications is required. This position greatly emphasizes interaction with fellow employees, consultants, contractors and the general public.

Background for an ideal candidate includes:

• Professional Engineer registered (or eligible) with APEG
• Excellent hand written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent mathematical skills and organizational skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• A driver’s license with a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities of the successful applicant could include:

• Project management
• Business development
• Design for various project scopes
• Report and proposal writing
• Site reviews
