The mission of the Solution Delivery Sub-Department is to provide technology solutions that unlock business value while delivering excellent end-user experiences.


Aritzia is growing, and our Solution Delivery Department team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for turning business requirements into solutions. As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our Warehouse Management System by ensuring solutions are optimized for scalability while seamlessly integrating with business processes. You will work cross-functionally across all areas of Supply Chain Technology, architecting, planning, developing, executing, and overseeing the enhancement and support of Aritzia's supply chain systems. As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will:
  • Identify and deliver innovative supply chain technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
  • Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design
  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
  • Launch and maintain supply chain technology solutions
  • Be the point person for all things supply chain systems, seeking every opportunity to dive deep into the intricacies of large enterprise supply chain solutions


The Senior Systems Engineer has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Advanced experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2017 or newer
    • Advanced MOCA development and tracing experience
    • Advanced SQL experience
    • Advanced MS Office
    • P eripheral experience (RF guns, label printers, scanners etc.)
    • WCS configuration and integration
    • Parcel Systems configuration and integration
    • Warehouse operations
    • Network & infrastructure
