The mission of the End User Services Sub-Department is to provide a powerful, modern and scalable technology foundation that supports and enables business solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our End User Services team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team responsible for the technology that drives the effectiveness of our end user devices, including collaboration and productivity across all departments. As the Senior Engineer, End User Services, you will play a pivotal role to ensure our end users have hardware and productivity tools that enable efficient operations while working from anywhere. This includes the migration of on-prem endpoint management tools to cloud based tools providing a platform to manage, support and provide self-service options to users whether they are on the corporate network or remote. You will play a key role in designing and executing this digital transformation to a modern desktop (Windows) across the enterprise. THE ROLE

As the Senior Engineer, End User Services, you will:

• Establish the approach for our end user technology platforms
• Set-up and maintain reliable networks to facilitate productivity and communication
• Design and lead the implementation of end user technologies that provide best in class solutions for the business
• Work closely with members of the IT team to plan, improve, and support our end users
• Provide exceptional tier 3 knowledge and support to resolve incident escalations
• Proactively research and evaluate new technologies and trends
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Identify and analyze monitoring trends in order to proactively correct problems and improve performance

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior E ngineer, End User Services has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
  • PC Hardware
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune)
  • VMware Workspace One
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Scripting and Automation
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
