THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Solution Delivery team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving information technology solutions. As the Manager, Solution Delivery, you will develop, execute and manage the implementation of Aritzia's Product Lifecycle Management technologies, running day-to-day operations and driving large enhancement initiatives for the Product Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Product division to understand, document and deliver on business requirements to enable the design of best-in-class technology solutions. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Solution Delivery, Product Technology you will:

• Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
• Ensure seamless delivery and day-to-day management of technology solutions for business partners
• Own and lead PLM Sprints to deliver on our promises, be it incident management, enhancements, or projects.
• Work with relevant cross functional partners across the Product team to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
• Launch and maintain technology solutions
• Elevate the IT brand with our business partners

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Solution Delivery, Product Technology has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
  • Agile/Sprint management experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with internal and external development teams
  • Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners
  • Experience gathering requirements and turning them into solution designs
  • Experience testing software and managing testing infrastructure
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
