As the Applications Support Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting the entire organization through technology. You will provide exceptional escalated technical support, day-to-day systems operations, and application testing. You will drive continuous success and improvement by ensuring client-facing technologies in our Stores and Concierge are operating effectively. You will combine your technical skillset with your patience, ability to prioritize and above all, your desire to support your team to succeed.
As the Applications Support Specialist, you will:
¢ Deliver world-class software and support service to internal customers and peers
¢ Troubleshoot possible escalated issues our users encounter with software and supported hardware
¢ Be a strong team player, providing mentorship and fostering strong relationships with your team and external vendors
¢ Develop test cases and support cyclical and project-based operational testing when required
¢ Manage non-production environments for resource allocation and maintain configuration consistency mirroring production
The Applications Support Specialist has:
¢ Minimum Bachelors Degree
¢ Proven experience in IT & Infrastructure administration
¢ Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client support
