Our Implementation Specialists ensure that our customers are set up for success using our online booking platform to manage their businesses. They have excellent customer engagement skills, strong technical problem-solving ability, and can manage multiple projects at once.

Our Implementation Specialists... 

  • Become product experts and ambassadors for Checkfront, focusing on 100% customer satisfaction
  • Onboard new customers to ensure that they are prepared to go live and achieve long term success with our online booking platform
  • Plan and execute working solutions to configure the back-end structure of accounts, based on thorough scoping of customers’ business requirements
  • Deliver high-quality live training sessions in one-on-one or group settings, via webinar or in-person
  • Provide technical support and project management throughout the project launch period 
  • Support our Sales team with requirements scoping / discovery calls
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and/or the Support team to prepare for seamless account handoff during and after launch
  • Track and analyze trends from customer questions, comments, concerns - prepare feedback for our Product and Development teams 
  • Create and maintain process documentation/communication infrastructure 
  • Other related duties as assigned by Director


To succeed in this role you’ll bring…

  • Strong technical knowledge, from education or experience 
  • Previous experience with technology-based solutions
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Positive customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort explaining technical concepts to all kinds of customers


Bonus points for…

  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Google Apps
  • Proficiency in CMS integrations such as WordPress, Joomla, and Squarespace
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and exposure to programming languages
  • Familiarity with the travel/tours/activities/accommodations industry
  • Fluency in other languages


We think it is awesome if you live somewhere outside of Canada, but please note the preference for this role is located on the West Coast of BC.
